With the new Mobile Site Certificate added to the Google Partners system , it aims to enable developers to demonstrate their ability and make mobile compatibility a more important criterion.

Winners who pass the exam on the Google Partners system will be able to identify themselves as a Google-certified mobile site developer and present their certificates with their LinkedIn and Google Partners profiles.

The mobile site exam is open to web developers from all over the world. The certificate obtained when the exam is completed and valid for 12 months.

Google provides the following information about the exam:

Exam topics

Mobile Sites exam; covers basic and advanced concepts, including best practices for creating, managing, measuring, and optimizing mobile websites.

We recommend that you have work experience in creating mobile sites to increase your chances of transition.

In this study guide, you’ll find topics you need to know before taking the Mobile Sites exam. Some of the topics you will learn include:

Value proposal for optimized mobile sites
Increase mobile site speed
Design principles for mobile sites
Advanced web technologies (such as Accelerated Mobile Pages)
Exam format and passing score
Questions: The exam consists of 65 questions (including multiple choice and true / false question types).
Time limit: 90 minutes to complete the exam.
Pass score: You must get at least 80 points out of 100 to pass the exam. If you do not pass, you can take the exam again after 7 days.
Passing the exam
You can get the Mobile Sites certificate by passing the Mobile Sites exam. You can also highlight your skills and show that you have passed the exam with a custom printable certificate and the expertise listed in your public Google Partners profile.
