To cancel your MyTIM Mobile account from your smartphone and tablet , start the MyTIM app for Android or iOS and, if you haven’t already done so, log in to your account by entering the data in the Email and Password fields and pressing the Login button .
Once this is done, press the icon of the four squares visible in the menu located at the bottom, select the Profile option and, in the new screen displayed, tap on the Account item .
Now, choose the option Delete account and, in the section Do you want to delete your account? , click on the Confirm button , to confirm your intention and cancel your MyTIM Mobile account.
From computer
If your intention is to delete a MyTIM Mobile account from your computer, connected to the official TIM site , click on the MyTIM item located in the top menu and, if you have memorized your access data, click on the Enter button , to log in .
