If someone tries to call us on WhatsApp while we have another call or video call from WhatsApp in progress, we will receive a notification that will depend on the type of call and will give us the choice to answer or reject it. All this, without interrupting the current call.
If someone calls on WhatsApp, while we answer another call we can choose between the following options:
Hang up and accept: Hang up the ongoing call and accept the incoming one.
Reject: Reject the incoming call and continue the ongoing call.
If someone calls in a different way to WhatsApp.
If someone tries to call us from a landline or mobile phone through a route other than WhatsApp while we answer a call or video call from WhatsApp in progress, we can press the following options:
Hang up and accept: Hang up the ongoing call and accept the incoming one.
Pause and accept: Place the ongoing call on hold and accept the incoming one.
Reject: Reject the incoming call and continue the ongoing call.
