Why does it happen? that you find in my channel. It occurs in Netflix when you log in with many different accounts on the same PC, perhaps using AccessURL, or simply by entering many different data.

Just go to your browser to the settings and delete the cookies , let’s see in detail how to do for each browser:

GOOGLE CHROME PC:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the browser toolbar, click More
  3. Go to Other tools , then click Clear browsing data .
  4. In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the check boxes for Cookie data, plug-ins and site and Cached images and files .
  5. Use the menu above to select the amount of data you want to delete. Choose from the beginning to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data .

GOOGLE CHROME MOBILE ANDROID:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the browser toolbar, tap More.
  3. Touch History , then touch Clear browsing data .
  4. Under “Clear browsing data”, select the check boxes for Site data and cookies and Cached images and files .
  5. Use the menu above to select the amount of data you want to delete. Choose from the beginning to delete everything.
  6. Touch Clear browsing data

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the browser toolbar, tap More.

FIREFOX:

  1. Click the menu button, select History and then Clear recent history… .
  2. From the drop-down menu Time range to clear: select all .
  3. Click the arrow next to Details to view the list of items to be deleted.
  4. Select Cookies and make sure that the other elements you intend to keep are not selected.

INTERNET EXPLORER:

  1. In Internet Explorer select the Tools button , choose Security and then select Delete Browsing History .
  2. Select the Cookies and website data checkbox and then select Delete .
