How to get wild honey in Slime Rancher
To get wild honey in Slime Rancher you will need to build an apiary first, but to build these structures you will need to unlock the lab area in the game first for 10k newbucks.
After that you will be able to build a novice apiary for 500 newbucks and later an advanced version for 1500k after five days. There are also two other versions of the apiary after the advanced version, one is called a master apiary and the other a royal apiary.
To unlock the Master Apiary, you will need to get the blueprint for a purple treasure capsule that requires an MK III treasure cracker to open; To unlock the Royal Apiary, you will need to reach Rank 25 in the 7zee Rewards Club and purchase it for 876,500,000 Newbucks.
That being said, you will only need at least the novice version to get wild honey; Once purchased, the Novice Apiary will cost 10 Pink Plorts, six Phospher Plorts, and three Honey Plorts to craft.
When the apiary is made, you will need to go to the location of the moss cover to collect the wild honey; after entering the area, head to the forest section of the moss cover and find a good spot to place the apiary.
To place the apiary you will need to press T to open your gadget menu in order to highlight the appropriate areas; click on one of these areas and make a circle until you find the apiary, then click again to place it.
After placing the apiary, all you have to do is wait for the structure to work its magic; after a while you will get a small amount of wild honey.
