Share Realm: Now almost all smartphone companies in the world have published the File Sharing feature or various default files respectively. If OPPO has OPPO Share and Xiaomi has Mi Drop, then Realme has also brought similar features to its smartphone with the name Real Share. This feature allows fast file transfer for realm smartphone users.
You could say the realm of Share utilizing WiFi and Bluetooth connections to be able to transfer data stably. The realm itself claims that data transfer using realm feature is many times faster than using a Bluetooth connection.
For those of you who are smartphone users who want to enjoy the Share realm for data transfer, you can view the tutorial as follows.
How to use Share realm for File Transfer
First, activate the smartphone reality first
On the home screen page, select the Quick Menu by sliding or swiping the finger from the top screen down.
After it appears, activate the Share realm feature
Make sure the Share realm is active on the sending and receiving smartphone files
Access the File Manager or Gallery (photos and videos) to select the file to send
Press the Send button that appears by long-pressing on a file
A pop-up menu will appear showing which smartphone is connected to the Share realm
Select the recipient’s smartphone reality
The recipient’s smartphone realm dialog box will appear to accept the file
Press the Accept button
Next, you will see the message Received successfully if the file was successfully sent.
You could say the Share realme feature makes it very easy for smartphone users to share large-capacity data quickly compared to having to use a Bluetooth connection, which at this time feels slow enough for file transfer.
Meanwhile, realm has joined the peer-to-peer data transfer alliance with other companies such as OPPO, Xiaomi, and Vivo. In other words, the Share realm can also be used to transfer data on other smartphones included in this alliance.
For example, you can use Realme Share to transfer data quickly to OPPO smartphones or vice versa. Therefore, this feature is quite practical to be activated and used because we don’t need to install the application first.
But if you want to transfer from a smartphone realm to a product other than above or vice versa, then you can take advantage of various File Sharing applications that can be downloaded on Google Play such as SHAREit, SendAnyWhere, and many more.
Sync iTunes with Android: One of the stumbling blocks of those who make the “leap” from iOS to Android is having to abandon certain habits and applications that he used to use until then. iTunes, the pride and concern of many users, often encompasses our entire musical life, even in times of change like these.
So what to do to synchronize iTunes with Android, since the former does not recognize (for obvious reasons) the latter? We use Google Play Music, and continue to use iTunes as we have always done.
How to Sync iTunes with Android via Google Play Music
A simple solution, which many will have adopted or thought of adopting, is to manually copy the iTunes library on their Android device: this, however, proves to be the worst solution if we continue to use iTunes to buy and manage our music files, as we will have to manually copy all the new files whenever we want them on our Android.
With Google Play Music, an extension will be installed on our computer that will take care of uploading all the new songs online to the Google service as we add them: let’s see how.
As you can see, there are two types of service: one in Spotify-like, which allows you to listen to music at will, and another for free. For our final goal, the important difference is that with the free one you can upload a maximum of 50,000 songs, after which you need the paid one for € 9.99 per month. Make your choice according to your needs.
Open the Settings panel, in the card list you will find the item Music from this computer: click on it
At this point we will be asked for confirmation: click on Next
If you use Chrome, it will open a pop-up where you will be prompted to add the plugin to Google Play Music: add it
Thanks to the plugin, Google Play Music can analyze your system in search of music: it will automatically locate the iTunes library and invite you to synchronize it
This operation may take some time, depending on your connection and the size of your library
From your Android device, go to Play Music, open Settings and look for the item Cache: tick it
Now every time your Android device is connected to a Wi-Fi network it will automatically synchronize your music saved on iTunes. Easy, right?
Our smartphones are so advanced and so full of features that we often forget that their primary purpose is to make calls and receive calls. Unfortunately, however, just as regards the reception of calls, calls are not always received from known contacts or in any case belonging to our trusted circles.
So here is a guide for those who want to block any unwanted calls on Android by taking advantage of the system features, i.e. those that Android itself or the manufacturer responsible for our device makes available to us, or third-party apps available on the Google Play Store.
Let’s start from the system features and then move on to a couple of useful applications for users who cannot take advantage of any integrated features.
Block Numbers on Android
There are many Android smartphones and for this there are also many different ways to block a call from an unwanted number.
Let’s start by explaining the procedure for “generic” Android smartphones, which usually include a large part of cheap smartphones, dual SIM ones and phones with the Android operating system not modified by the manufacturer.
If you have a smartphone with at least Android 7.0 Nougat (or later) the procedure is very simple. From the list of your calls, just press on a contact and then select Block / Report as spam.
In the next screen, you will then have to click on Block and you can also choose whether to report it as spam (if it is simply a person you dislike the advice is not to do it). If you have made a mistake blocking a number, you can reverse it and press Unblock number.
From the call application, you can press the three dots at the top, then Settings and finally Call blocking, to find all the numbers you have blocked. From here you can choose to unblock contacts.
Android up to 6.0.1
Unfortunately, there is no universally valid method of blocking calls or forwarding them to voicemail. The screenshot that we have just proposed shows us on the left the typical interface of the most recent Samsung.
You can access it from Phone -> Other -> Settings -> Call Rejection -> Blocked list, a lot of steps that lead us to an interface that allows you to manually enter a phone number to block or to search for it from the Registry calls or address book.
On the right is the Google Contacts interface (you can download it manually from this link): by opening, Contacts go to the contact you want to block, press the pencil icon at the top right to edit the contact, press the three dots at the top right and press All calls to voicemail. This system therefore does not permanently block the phone number but diverts the call to voicemail.
Every other smartphone with a different interface, such as Huawei, HTC, Sony or LG, has different methods. The advice is to consult the settings of the various directories or to look in the individual contacts if there is any useful settings precisely to block the phone number.
In this regard, if you want to block an unwanted phone number, you should add it to the phone book and block it manually.
Block number on Samsung smartphone
On Samsung smartphones, there is a simplified functionality to block contacts. From the contact list or in the call list you can press the More button and then Block/unblock a number. Immediately after you can also choose whether to block SMS from the selected number.
Block number on HTC smartphone
Similarly, even on HTC smartphones there is an integrated functionality inside the smartphone. From the contact list, you can press and hold Block contact to quickly block the number and add it to the list of unwanted contacts.
Recognize and block call center calls
For those who just can’t find this functionality on their smartphone, here are some solutions that rely on third-party applications available on the Google Play Store. Let’s see the applications called TrueCaller and Calls Blacklist.
TrueCaller is a really useful application that, think about it, has more than 90 million users. It is integrated within CyanogenOS and will soon be pre-installed on Huawei smartphones. But what does it owe so much success to and why is it appreciated by so many users?
Very simple: basically the application has a large database that will be used to analyze the calling phone number when receiving a call.
Thanks to an on-screen pop-up you will be notified of the caller’s identity, even if the number that is calling you is not in the directory. Very useful therefore to recognize any unwanted calls, including call center calls.
TrueCaller also offers a search function that allows you to call people or services not present in your contacts but whose information is available in the application database.
Once the app is installed and started, you will be asked to enter your data and choose which people will be able to see them (friends, friends of friends, public, a bit like on Facebook), and it is on this point that the database is based of TrueCaller numbers. In addition, part of the numbers are taken from classic telephone directories or provided by third party users.
If you then want to delete your number from the TrueCaller database you must deactivate your account, uninstall the application and fill in the appropriate request on the service website, which you can find at this link.
However, the application is not only used to identify phone numbers but also to block unwanted ones.
Once opened, you will notice the Unwanted tab. From there you can activate the flags Greater nuisances and Private numbers in order to automatically block incoming calls from numbers such as those of call centers or similar.
Still, in the Unwanted tab, you will notice a +-shaped key, through which you can manually enter a number or select one from the phonebook or call history to block it.
Any second thoughts? From Unwanted -> Unwanted management you can remove blocked phone numbers and re-enable them to call on your number.
Call Blacklist is in some ways an even less intrusive app than TrueCaller and really easy to use. As soon as it is opened it will welcome you with the interface that you see represented in the screenshot below.
Simply press the + button located at the bottom right to open a special menu from which to select the number to add to your ” Black List “, that is, to the list of your blocked contacts.
You can, a bit like the apps or features seen so far, select a phone number to block from the call log, from your contacts, from the message log or even by entering it manually.
There is even a Calendar feature to block calls from unwanted numbers only during certain times of the day or only on certain days. The latter functionality is however only accessible from the Pro version, which brings us to the price factor.
Calls Blacklist is available for free on the Google Play Store. The free version, however, includes ads advertising.
The Pro version available for a fee (the price is variable) on the Google Play Store allows you to remove the advertisements and to enable the additional features of the Calendar section.
How to block Android SMS
Since we are on the subject, it can also be useful to block SMS messages from unknown phone numbers or unwanted contacts. In this regard, we have dedicated an extensive guide to the topic that you can find by following the link in the title of this paragraph.
The guide lists the steps necessary to block SMS based on telephone numbers or even the sentences contained in the SMS, and also a couple of alternative applications, including one of the authors of Truecaller, if your smartphone was not equipped with the necessary features to the block.
Thus you can block numbers on android phones. If you have any issues, comment us in the comment box.
Android TV is an attempt by Google to take over the living room, and since some devices are available for under $ 99, it’s not uncommon for users to have more than one box. The problem is when multiple devices identify identically on the network, how do you know which one is which?
Changing the device name is very easy and something you really want to do if you have more than one identical Android TV box in your home.
Why do you change the name of your Android TV?
Some time ago, a number of websites put the Nexus Player up for sale for around $ 50. At this price, it’s a little more than a Chromecast but adds a lot of additional features. Therefore, it is not unlikely that some users bought a few units for different rooms in the house.
Let’s say you have one in the living room and one in the bedroom in this scenario. You are lying in bed and looking at your cell phone when you find a bike video on YouTube that you want to share with your partner. You press the cast button just to see “Nexus Player” and “Nexus Player” – but which one is which? Yes, there is no way to tell.
To make your life much easier, you should simply rename them to indicate where they are. The good news is that it’s stupidly simple. Let’s do this.
How to rename your Android TV player
You should jump into the settings menu first by navigating to the bottom row of icons and selecting the gear icon.
From there, just go to the end of the first row and go to the “About” section.
The “Device Name” is in this menu, but the exact position in the list depends on the device. Just scroll down until you find it.
When you find it, click on it. A menu will open asking if you want to change the name. Choose “Change”.
You will then receive a handful of different preset options such as “media room”, “family room” and the like. If one of them fits your situation, choose it. You will return to the “About” menu and the new device name will be displayed. You are done.
If none of the preset options are good enough for you, scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. An “Enter the user-defined name” is displayed there.
“Possibility. Select that
The on-screen keyboard is displayed and you can give your device any name you want. When you are done renaming, just click “Next”. That’s it.
As soon as the device has been renamed, the new name appears almost immediately in the cast menu. Gone are the days when you guessed which box was the right one to watch YouTube or Netflix. You’re welcome.
If you have an older TV and an NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV, you may find that some content is cut off at the edges. This is known as overscan and can be incredibly annoying in a number of situations, with one of SHIELD’s key features not being excluded: gaming. Fortunately, it’s an easy fix.
As already mentioned, overscan is a remnant of old-school CRT (old-timer cathode ray tube) televisions that cut off the outer part of the image to ensure that black televisions do not appear on old televisions. However, if you have a modern HDTV, it just means that you don’t see the full picture – and the quality you see is slightly lower.
Many modern televisions have built-in options to set or completely disable overscan. However, if your set-top box is switched on, you must also deactivate it there. Fortunately, NVIDIA made an overscan adjustment in the SHIELD Android TV box. So you can access it.
Set Overscan on SHIELD Android TV
OK, now that we’ve talked about why, let’s consider how we can fix that. The first thing you should do is jump into the SHIELD settings menu by going to the bottom of the home screen and selecting the gear icon.
The fourth option is “Customize for overscan” in the menu. Exactly what you are looking for. Go ahead and choose that.
This is just a basic movement of the arrows until you can see everything. Just follow the on-screen instructions to get all four arrows in the right place.
If everything looks good, you can leave this menu. The new settings are retained immediately and you are done.
Overscan can be incredibly frustrating, especially if your TV doesn’t have a built-in adjustment setting. Even if this is not included in the standard Android TV, it is nice to see that NVIDIA takes such things into account.
With cybersecurity and privacy becoming more of a myth, the internet brings along a variety of threats. A new security vulnerability emerges every other day. Our smartphones, in particular, have become an easy target for hackers.
This has made it inevitable for parents to keep a sharp eye on their kids’ phones to ensure that they are engaging in safe and responsible internet behavior. The same goes for employers who have provided their workforce with smartphones for work activities.
If you don’t monitor their digital footprints and keep a check on their phone usage now, you might regret it later. Employers must have strict policies and no unauthorized person should be allowed to access confidential data.

You should be aware of who your teenagers or employees are talking to (during work hours, of course).

I forgot the graphic key and I don’t know what to do – given the number of users of Android smartphones and tablets, everyone can face the problem. In this guide, I have compiled all the ways to unlock the graphic key on an Android phone or tablet. Applies to Android versions 2.3, 4.4, 5.0 and 6.0.

Unlock graphic password on android in the standard way

Enter the password incorrectly five times. The device will lock and report that there have been many attempts to enter the graphic key to try entering again will be possible in 30 seconds.

If you click this button, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password from your Google Account. In this case, the device on the android must be connected to the Internet. Restart the tablet. when turned on, it will ask you to enter a graphic key. you must enter the graphic key at random until a warning appears stating that there are 9 input attempts left, after which the tablet’s memory will be cleared.
When all 9 attempts are used, the tablet will automatically clear the memory and restore the factory settings. one minus. all downloaded programs from the play market or other sources will be deleted. if there is an sd card, remove it.
Then save all the data that was on it. this was done with the graphic key. perhaps this procedure can be applied to other methods of locking the tablet (pin code, etc.).
PS Big request: before asking questions about your model, look at the comments first. Plus another point: for various Chinese Samsung Galaxy S4 and the like, I do not answer, as they are very different and the information is almost nowhere.
Activate BTN Mobile: A few days ago I came to one of the BTN branch offices to take care of savings books and ATMs as well as a list of mobile banking in customer support so that I could use the BTN Mobile application so that I didn’t have to bother going to the ATM every time I would make transactions or check balances.
Now after registering in CS, then we have to activate BTN mobile before we can use it and in this article, the admin will share the successful experience of activating the BTN mobile application on Android phones.
Not much different from other mobile banking applications to be able to access BTN mobile we must use a cellphone with a number that is already registered to the service and must be in slot 1 so that it can be read by the application, and for more details please refer to the following guidelines.
The world of malware continues to appear in different ways every day. Security researchers made statements about the newly discovered EventBot banking malware.
Next Generation Android Malware: EventBot
With the introduction of smartphones into our lives, malware has started to appear in different ways. Security researchers working at Cybereason company have discovered malware with full authority in the Android operating system.
EventBot, which deletes from the system after accessing the two-factor verification messages received on the Android device, is prepared in such a way that users do not doubt anything.
Security expert Assaf Dahan, ”EventBot was created by spending a lot of overtime. This malware we discovered in March is constantly updated and renewed. ” used expressions.
Stating that they have not found any similar professionally harmful software, Dahan said, “Malicious software is usually a copied version of certain projects. This malware seems to have been written from scratch. ” said.
EventBot behaves like the applications that have authority in the Android root directory to give full access to the device. Once installed, it can leak data from 200 banking and crypto wallet applications as well as financial applications such as PayPal, Coinbase, CapitalOne.
The officials said that they have not found any event related to EventBot in the Android app store for now, so the speed of spread will be slow for now.
Change 2G Edge Signals into 3G: I know that nowadays almost all cellphone manufacturers make cellphones with 4G network support. However, there are still some of our friends who still use old school Android phones.
Not to mention the 4G network, the RAM is still 512MB. Usually, older phones like that only support the use of 2G or 3G networks.
For you who are currently still using a cellphone with these specifications, then I suggest just changing the network settings to always use 3G. Why? Because of course, 3G speeds are much faster than 2G.
Using 2G means you can’t open a website, because it’s very slow. 3G is still better because it can open a number of lightweight web like Google, Facebook, and others.
How to Change 2G Edge Signals into 3G on Android
The appearance and layout of the settings menu below may differ from the one on your cellphone. But as long as you use an Android phone, I don’t think the difference will be too great. You are left guessing and guessing. Adjust it so that you can follow the following tutorial correctly.
1. Open your Android phone. It can be any brand, Xiaomi, Sony, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, or others.
2. Then choose Network & internet.
3. Next select cellular networks. The location of the menu is in position number two.
4. If you use 2 SIMs, then first select which SIM Card Buddy Androbuntu uses to surf the internet.
5. After that, select the priority network type.
6. A popup window will appear with the choice of the network you want to use. Because you want to change 2G to 3G, just choose 3G.
Now your Android phone will never use the 2G network again. But will always use a 3G network that is much faster. How, very easy right? If it still feels slow even though you’re already using 3G, then that means your phone has to be blue glue.
